International pharmaceutical company

In Svilno, at the entrance to the city of Rijeka, an imposing facility owned by the pharmaceutical company “Jadran Galenski Laboratorij” is located. The industrial plant, with its interesting architectural form, was a challenge in terms of the whole construction profession, including the design of waterproofing systems.

In this project, we paid special attention to the waterproofing of foundations and superstructures, as well as the waterproofing of flat floors. The waterproofing systems used fully met the specific and sterile conditions prevailing in the pharmaceutical industry.

Value for the client

The CEO of JGL Ivo Usmiani did not hide his satisfaction with the work done, pointing out how he believes that the new laboratory will further strengthen the company’s position in key therapeutic segments. He also thinks it will integrate units within the system in a better way and enable both job creation and the creation of innovative products that will increase competitiveness in the international market.
